PA GUILFORD — Guilford Supervisors approved comprehensive amendments to zoning and subdivision ordinances and three land-development plans. Chairman Don Clapper presided with Supervisors Greg Thomas and Mike Ferguson. The board unanimously approved Ordinance 2026-06, amending multiple provisions of the township's SALDO and Zoning Ordinance, and approved three development plans: Brian Gayman's Beyond the Barn parking project, CSX and Hess Brothers' subdivision addition on Stone Quarry Road, and Dale Bushy's on-lot sewage planning on Wilkson Lane.
The board awarded annual construction contracts to McCleary Oil Co. (petroleum), Alpha Space Control (line painting), Russell Standard (chip and seal), AAA Paving (equipment rental), and DHM Excavating (truck rental), and approved Fire Police assistance for six non-emergency events.
