PA GUILFORD — Guilford Supervisors approved zoning changes and seven subdivision plans at February meeting. Chairman Don Clapper presided as the board unanimously approved amendments to the Zoning Ordinance and a Zoning Map Change at the intersection of Molly Pitcher Highway and Loop Road. The Supervisors also approved subdivisions affecting properties on Bikle Road, Skelly Road, Lighthouse Road, Mont Alto Road, and Briar Lane, along with a 90-day extension for Martin's Famous Pastry Shoppe.
Resolution 2026-04 authorizing an agreement with Bartlet Tree Experts for tree care at Norlo Park was approved unanimously.
